Pros
Levi Strauss & Co. is an old company with a rich heritage. A company with brands that many people connect with in a big way. It's the real deal in terms of apparel manufacturers and there are many great jobs in the company. Pay is competitive. Experience is well respected in the industry should you need to go somewhere else. Fantastic culture at the home office.
Cons
There really isn't any job security, and there hasn't been over many years. It's been quite difficult to plan a career at Levi's as there is no guarantee that you'll stay there; the company has been through multiple reorganizations. The Dallas, Milwaukee, Chicago, and NYC sales offices are run by an old mentality, but not terrible as company values of flexibility and sustainability are still present in some capacity.
