Pros
The company itself I absolutely love my store in particular did not have the best management when I first started working here. They did a complete overhaul of management though and things got much better. Good work environment, typical of what I would assume most retail stores are like.
Cons
Management wasn't so good my first year here, went through a couple of new managers afterwards so that took some adjusting but when I left the store seemed in much better shape than when I started. It didn't seem like there was a lot of room for advancement if you wanted to get passed assistant manager.
