Pros
Levi Strauss offers an amazing opportunity to be a part of a significant global company with much loved brands. The community values are outstanding. The people at the company are great- there is a lot of talent both with new and very tenured employees
Cons
Constant leadership and organizational changes destabilize the business and have led to low morale. Very little work life balance. Layoffs have been constant over the last few years with no end in sight.
