      Great casual dress code. Great opportunity to work with talented people. Looks good on your resume. Able to work from home on occasion to accomodate commuting. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Three company wide resource reductions in four years working there. Way too many contract hires and not enough perminent positions. Reduced employee perks.
