Pros
Great work/life balance, and flexibility. Immediate benefits package is pretty amazing from the day you start. Levi's has so much saturation in the market place that suppliers literally will bend over backwards for whatever the company needs.
Cons
The design department runs rampant with the least supply-chain minded individuals of any company I've ever worked for. Most will throw you under the bus the first chance they get in carve their own personal agendas, but when it comes time for them to contribute there is zero percentage of ownership or follow through for other team members. Exorbitant budgets for extravagant parties and trips that are completely unproductive. There is such an extreme waste of resources all around, that one could question how badly run this place is.
