Pros

When i first joined Levi's the culture was very much alive. Management adhered to the corporate principles and displayed strong leadership values. Over the years i worked there the Leadership declined to a "follow the leader" like mentality. Less innovation, more do what your manager does.

Cons

Executive Leadership demonstrate that the corporate values do not apply to them. Management say employee development is a priority, yet all training budget was reduced to zero. And once you are with Levi for a couple of years, you will be re-org'ed to positions you have no interest in.
