Pros
Truly committed to being an environmentally and socially responsible company: Makes you feel great about marketing the products. Really fascinating history behind the Levi's brand: Lots of brand material to work with as a marketer. You are supposed to wear jeans to work everyday (but fair warning: you'll get the stinkeye if they're not Levi's.) Great work/life balance: Probably a great fit for folks later in their career, who aren't as focused on growth and development. Everyone gets merit-based bonuses, but only if the whole company meets required revenue goals.
Cons
Company culture tends to be a bit passive aggressive and individualistic: It's difficult to promote/practice cross-functional, cross-team collaboration and information sharing. Fairly stagnant hierarchy: Not a lot of room for growth within the company.
