Pros

Good benefits and working times Stronger brand in the game Easy to get to know product

Cons

SLT and other “more experienced” Store managers made working here absolutely aweful. Got ripped a new one almost every week on calls because of failing KPIs of which there was too many. If you succeed in some, it’s overcast by the ones you haven’t met. Systems and processes are stuck in 2013 with lots of different place to get the information you need instead of one place. Area managers are not useful and only worry about flagships and large turnover stores. VM is hard to understand and can’t be commercial. Head office has no idea how to communicate with stores in one country and make posts that you have to find and can easily miss very important dates. Left alone in store on many occasions as staff were too stressed because of KPI pressure so would call in sick.
