Pros
The environment is one of the most supportive places I've worked at. Everyone wants you to succeed and makes sure to support you throughout any challenges you may face. I feel comfortable to be completely myself and don't dread coming to work everyday.
Cons
Once you actually learn the position around 3 months your commission is harder to obtain which stinks because you just feel like you're getting to the part where you can do well and they push the bar farther... Also they say unlimited PTO but don't be fooled you have to make up all of your dials (130 a day) and obtain your demo booking goal for the month. Demos I understand but who wants to take off time if you have to make 500+ extra dials when you come back. Wish they could be more quality over quantity after a certain point. There is also a very high turnover rate because of the high metrics you have to hit everyday.
