Cons
Poor maintenance of equipment Low pay - minimum wage (9.25 @ time of writing) with only .75 raise for stand-lead position. Have to assume that salaried positions don't pay much better. In my opinion: It's hard to keep track of how many "bosses" you have. There's a high turnover rate at all levels. And the rotating, 3+ levels of management often"drop by" to micro-manage entry level employees.
