      Pros

      lot's of freedom to work. my manager was not always on top of me. I was able to do my own thing in order to get the job done.

      Cons

      corporate atmosphere. we'd have big meaningless meetings with all the employees. couldn't smoke cigarettes outside. everything was written down, bureaucratically.
