Pros
You meet amazing people working with Levy, and you have the ability to take part in some incredible events that you would maybe never be able to attend as a guest.
Cons
Through my experience, there is a lot of desire to grow from within from an employee and employer standpoint; however, the follow-through seems to fall short about every single time. When you apply for positions they encourage you to apply for they seem to let you down claiming a lack of training in a specific area but don't seem too compelled to help you grow in that area and end up hiring externally.
