The hours are typically 7-3:30 but sometimes that can change. The pay is good and hours remain consistent
Cons
Supervisors will typically scream and yell at you, or throw/slam things on prep tables over a miscommunication or misunderstanding. At times prep cooks are assigned no work and we will typically stand there waiting for a supervisor to assign something to do. Nothing is clear cut. Every supervisor has their own way of doing things, and prep cooks are expected to accommodate and constantly keep up with ever changing preferences, or as stated above, supervisors will yell and slam things around. Overall and by definition, a toxic work environment.
