Pros

- Great retirement plan - ESOP is incredibly valuable and 401k has a proper 5% match. - Decent pay - Stable .. layoffs can happen depending on the contract you're on but it's a huge company and you can transfer if you're able

Cons

- Absolutely -no- room for advancement - Promotions are given to friends with little to no experience - Competent experienced employees take a back seat to inexperienced newbies in the management's personal clique. - Your vacation time can be denied by a general foreman for 'production' reasons. (hint, production is always behind no matter what, so they can justify pushing you to the limit)
