Pros

Friendly co-workers, interesting projects, flexible schedule, excellent retirement benefits.

Cons

Misguided or untrained management. Lack of management understanding of functional processes for their own department. Improper staffing to work ratios; high burnout and turnover as everyone is overworked. Salaries are below market and upward mobility is limited.

While we know that growth can trigger capacity challenges, we certainly appreciate the feedback and have been adding more staff to accommodate the needs. Pros

Great Culture and everyone is so friendly. Created great friendships at this company.

Cons

Very little growth in IT as there is only 5 people. I alone have to that take care of 500+ users. Over extending of resourse, behind on technology (corporate desktops are 5-6 years old). Lot of projects with very little staff, projects are pushed for completion before they have had all their bugs resolved. No training to grow your skills.

Employee owned, relaxed atmosphere, most managers don't "micro-manage"

Not much room for advancement, management fails to see/understand why company morale is low
