Pros

- Five days a week. - Salary is paid on the 11th day. - You can request a transfer to a different store. - Work for an international company. - Every minute counts—you are paid by the minute. - Break time is included in the base salary.

Cons

- Too much pressure—work as much as possible. - Quantity over quality—everything has to be fast. - You will be everywhere, doing everything: cashier, stocker, handling vegetables, butcher, cleaner, or any other role the store needs. - If you work more than 8 hours as a part-time employee, the management team will manually clock you out to prevent you from receiving the extra pay rate. - You will work more hours than stated in your contract. - What you agreed upon in the initial interview won’t always be followed. -There are frequent last-minute schedule changes. -They may call you to start work earlier.

Pros

The is quite a bit of upward momentum. The house are decent. If you work in HQ or Warehouse analytics, you get work from home days.

Cons

The direction the global IT team is moving is devastating. They have gutted all of the most valuable analytics tools. I cant say for sure if it will improve.
