Clueless as to operations at the community level - Security Officer Life Care Services Employee Review

Life Care Services are a great company to work for, they are always looking to reward and motivate their staff. This is not just once a year but on a continuous basis. The training received both on the job and away at a company level are the best I have ever known in all my years of employment. The environment is friendly and sense of being part of a team always there. Supported by management at all levels. There is never a day that I am not happy to go into work.

I can't think of any negatives to working here.

Free snacks, nice office environment

No formal onboarding program to acclimate those from outside the industry. Management does not want to hear constructive feedback. I was frozen out of meetings directly related to my job, and when I asked about the meetings I was "coached". The management onboarding program was "let me know if you have any questions", when people joining the organization don't know the questions to ask.
