No onboarding program, does not accept constructive feedback

Free snacks, nice office environment

Cons

No formal onboarding program to acclimate those from outside the industry. Management does not want to hear constructive feedback. I was frozen out of meetings directly related to my job, and when I asked about the meetings I was "coached". The management onboarding program was "let me know if you have any questions", when people joining the organization don't know the questions to ask.

Decent benefits, great work/life balance, and good office culture

Cons

Consistently under pays and not open to negotiation, requires a lot of extracurricular volunteering and professional development without additional compensation, and some department respected more than others
