Pros

Health benefits and paid time off are wonderful. Health expensive but worth it.

Cons

Management has not improved as stated in other reviews. They still support employees that call in often and without notice and sleep while on duty. If your a women every man will be hired on at more then you make even without more experience. This is the perfect place to work if your lazy and only want to work some of your scheduled shifts. If you take pride in your work DO NOT WORK HERE.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry that you are having a negative experience. Discrimination and neglect of one’s job position are not condoned at our agency. I encourage you to please reach out to the HR department so we can assist in concerns. When considering starting salary for an applicant, Lifeline takes into considerations an individual’s knowledge, skills, abilities, credentialing, and experience. Again, please reach out to the HR department, so we can meet about your concerns and address them accordingly.

Pros

My coworkers are great, the work is rewarding.

Cons

Upper management is awful. The program director at my location is inept, has no experience with recovery, and lacks emotional regulation. The CEO has lost the company a ton of money and is relying on the lowest paid employees to cover the loss and take some of the blame that she should take all of. There's no response from HR when employees file grievances. Upper management's attitude appears to be them just ignoring employees until they can't and then accepting the loss when employees quit since they can just put the workload strain on the lowest paid employees.
