      Pros

      My coworkers are great, the work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Upper management is awful. The program director at my location is inept, has no experience with recovery, and lacks emotional regulation. The CEO has lost the company a ton of money and is relying on the lowest paid employees to cover the loss and take some of the blame that she should take all of. There's no response from HR when employees file grievances. Upper management's attitude appears to be them just ignoring employees until they can't and then accepting the loss when employees quit since they can just put the workload strain on the lowest paid employees.

      Pros

      Depending on the dept you could have a really good team like I do. Which is wonderful to have.

      Cons

      From the CEO down there is poor communication, unethical decision-making, lack of respect for clinican time balance needs, very churn and burn mentality. I feel overlooked and also overused.

      Friendly staff, okay pay for the environment. Nice patients, good experience to get into SUD field

      Cons

      Lack of raises, lack of bonuses for department goals being met. CEO is a big con lifeline lost estimated $4 million in fiscal year last year. No raises do to that loss, multiple locations turn into just 1 in vancouver area for services are just at the VA campus. Our youth MH and MAT in the orchards area was convenient for patients but not anymore now that its at the VA campus now :( not sure how long this place has left at this rate going down fast
