Pros

Light on anxiety is a wonderful place to work. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about you as a person and not just an employee and light on anxiety does this. They will try to be flexible with you and your life as long as you do a good job and get your work done. Coworkers are wonderful and it really does feel like a family.

Cons

only con is weekend hours are typically required but that's just the mental health field in general

Doing my clinical internship at Light On Anxiety was an amazing experience. Everything from how the business is set up to the way it is run and every single person I dealt with from HR to my Supervisors has been simply amazing. And my experiences with the clients both individually and in group as well as the trainings have been invaluable. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Light On Anxiety.
