Pros

The company supports working from home opportunities. There are many great employees and people are often promoted but that means there are more supervisors/managers than employees. Upper management spends most of its time in meetings which means a lot of things get dropped. This makes it hard to stay dedicated to the work.

Cons

Communicationn from corporate to branch offices is poor and often confusing. There is a great deal of reogranization corporate wide that has been explained properly to anyone. Your manager can change from one month to the next for no apparant reason. Corporate's messages are always filled with optimisim but with no clear direction. HR is a mess. It's run regionally so if you don't have a good rep, you won't get good support.

Pros

The company has a long history and recognizable brand, and there are individuals across the organization who are knowledgeable and committed to their work. The mission and scale of the business offer potential for meaningful impact.

Cons

Lack of structure, unclear expectations, and limited onboarding made it difficult to be successful. Processes were inconsistent, priorities shifted frequently, and feedback was often unclear or delayed. High expectations were placed on employees without adequate support, documentation, or resources, which created unnecessary stress and risk of burnout.
