Competitive pay, remote work, interesting technical scope

Cons

Severe organizational dysfunction, excessive meetings, weekend work expectations, micromanagement of senior staff, scattered documentation making basic tasks unnecessarily complex. Everything is "critical" with no real prioritization

Pros

Good bonuses only if repair quotas are met and exceeded

Cons

Management really only cares about rph (repairs per hour) and can be toxic when certain employees take all the easy repairs, boosting their numbers while other employees are stuck doing more difficult repairs that take longer to complete.
