Your hours will get cut with no forewarning. You will have to pick up slack from coworkers. My direct manager did not give everyone a fair chance for the shift lead position. Rumor was my manager just walked right up to my coworker and gave him the promotion! Funny because although this guy became the shift lead-he needed Tuesdays and Thursdays off to go to class! I was eager to work full time and start a career with this company! Sad I was laid off with no sympathy from my manager.
