Massive community - of likeminded people all ready to communicate, assist and help you with your market. Nobody is in it for themselves Hyper Growth - I have never worked for a company that is growing at this rate Good renumeration - I am paid suitably for the hours and time I am expected to put in, also share options make me want this company to succeed. Always changing landscape - London is a tricky market for this but it means every day is something new. Potential for massive reward - Share options and the reward of dominating the market in future transportation Helping change the world - Whenever people walk past the office or learn who I work for they want to talk about it, tell us of experiences particularly on scooters in Europe but ultimately they smile and say that our products and service is incredible.
Cons
Long hours - However that comes with working for a startup and if you dont want to do the hours then you arent right for the role Some uncertainty - or the London market and how our government will and when they will adopt scooters. Interviews and recruitment process - Though I had around 6 interviews it does mean that there is faith in me being the right person for the job which is comforting.
