Pros
The kind of budding, growing environment Lime has at this point, is exactly the what you need if you like exploring, building things and create systems and processes. My current experience at Lime has been full of learning, handling changes and growing tremendously. The colleagues are super supportive and though its growing at an insane speed, the environment is not cut throat.
Cons
The biggest asset of Lime- speed is also sometimes a little hard to deal with efficiently. There are a certain type of people who thrive very well at Lime, ones that enjoy chaos, unpredictability and opportunities of "anything is possible" but it comes with its share of exhaustion.
