Senior Leadership really cares about the employees. I feel 100% comfortable speaking with all levels of leadership and being myself while doing so. The benefits - we have a full benefits package which is available on day one (free for employee only) and that includes medical (a variety of options) family former/planning (through carrot and anthem), dental, vision, STD, LTD, phone and internet stipend, and so much more! Great company holidays and unlimited PTO within US! The opportunity to try new things and not be afraid to fail. The people - everyone is so passionate about what we are contributing too and that’s seen through the way people treat each other.
