Pros

Remote work can be nice and flexible, but it also means that with a distributed global operations team, you are always on. Some really dedicated, smart, caring colleagues, but those don't politically survive and tend to leave or be randomly let go.

Cons

"Vision without action is a daydream; action without vision is a nightmare." There is no product vision, just a homogenous Amazon cabal of insecure doc-writing that is focused more on self-promotion than substance. High turnover (sometimes in the order of a few months), at all levels, C-team executives down to the drivers collecting scooters. It's worth quoting a brave colleague who recently sent a company-wide email "to: All" (subject: MESSAGE TO THE LIME TEAM) that says, "...since the change in hierarchy...I've been subject to constant and daily harassment...this has caused me psychological health problems...I no longer recognize the company I've worked for...unfortunately I'm not the only one. Many employees remain silent and withdrawn...not even the HR team was able to support me by remaining neutral and professional...I'm sending this email as a warning to my dear colleagues: your mental and physical health at work is paramount!"

Pros

Good bonuses only if repair quotas are met and exceeded

Cons

Management really only cares about rph (repairs per hour) and can be toxic when certain employees take all the easy repairs, boosting their numbers while other employees are stuck doing more difficult repairs that take longer to complete.
