Pros

Some interesting people from all different backgrounds present a good learning experience. Remote culture (could be pro or con for some).

Cons

There is a reason this company has poor reviews here. It is run like a family business with very little true leadership. In the last few years the C-suite has been a revolving door. Salaries are low vs other companies. Management is fickle with a lack of clear decision making. The company rewards people more for talking than actually getting things done. Over the last couple years, the company has begun losing its edge in hardware, and is facing challenges from city governments like London that represent a big risk for the business. Losing Paris and recent issues in Brussels continue to show there is significant risk with the business model. In the meantime, other competitors are quickly catching up with strong hardware and are also now profitable. This is a car rental company masquerading as a tech company.

Pros

Good bonuses only if repair quotas are met and exceeded

Cons

Management really only cares about rph (repairs per hour) and can be toxic when certain employees take all the easy repairs, boosting their numbers while other employees are stuck doing more difficult repairs that take longer to complete.
