Pros

None! No compassion, no customer care is allowed, no overtime, no vacations, no raise. No pride. No help. Must do so much work in a stressful work environment. You are not allowed to be truthful, you are encouraged to lie. You are also encouraged to kiss as all the time to become managers favorite.

Cons

Job description is much more then they lead on. They don't care for all the hard work you do! Training is non-existent when I started no one could train me properly and when I did a mistake it was the exact same way I was trained to do! I would always ask for help but they could never help me, you learn from your mistakes! Favoritism at its finest! if you are not the managers favorite you are screwed! I did so much for this company and when I asked for a raise they said they can only give me few cents more!
