Surgical experience and willing to hire people with no degree or experience.
Cons
Literal wage theft. Will not pay for all hours of work. Will make you drive 20 hours straight doing recoveries with no break. If you express concerns about safety; they will retaliate against you.

We are able to recruit Recovery Technicians from many different avenues as our training program can educate anyone. We believe this is a benefit to many entering the surgical or healthcare fields.
The company makes it a priority to adhere to all local and federal requirements, including pay practices and OSHA laws. Retaliation of any form is not condoned whatsoever. Even if you are no longer at the company, the HR Team would still be open to hearing more about your experience and implementing feedback.

This is the best work environment I’ve ever had hands down.
Management is thoughtful and competent. Most people are super driven and caring, which makes a big difference in the day to day environment.
One thing they do well is promote from within and really focus on doing the most good for those who need transplants.
To me, the top highlight is the people you get to work with. Their hearts are in the right place and there’s a lot of support between coworkers.
The PTO and benefits are good and pay has gone up recently. It’s also a very inclusive organization and very LGBT friendly.
Cons
Like many places, there are some slow periods as well as more intense times crunch times.

We are happy to hear about the positive review on your environment, PTO, benefits, and your overall experience. We appreciate all that you do.
Great team environment with coworkers who genuinely support one another. The mission behind the work makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding, especially knowing the impact it has on others
Cons
Like many fast-paced organizations, communication gaps and inconsistent follow-through can occasionally impact morale. Middle management works hard to support staff but can sometimes appear caught between employee needs and top-down expectations that may not always align with the day-to-day realities and challenges teams experience

Thank you for the feedback and sharing your experience. We always appreciate hearing our teammates’ perspectives to see how we can improve and continue to operate with excellence. We heard similar feedback in the most recent annual employee engagement survey. Leadership has implemented changes from these results and is reviewing other potential changes.
