Pros

The product is amazing The core employees work really hard and have an amazing brand to promote The brand will be around for a good long while

Cons

The "CEO" (more like a general manager) has no VISION and is therefore just trying to shoehorn the brand into the Unilever machine. He makes sure mistakes are blamed on others even if caused by his inability to make a decision. He believes whatever story he decides to tell whether grounded in reality or not. He takes it personally when he is fact-checked. Just another average white guy failing upwards. His LinkedIn tagline says "disrupting wellness" and it's not wrong - employees are burnt out and sick. If you consume too much of the product your wellness WILL be disrupted! The company attracts overachievers and works them to the quick with minimal resources despite incredibly healthy margins. This was once a special place to work but now the only thing retaining the employees is the great product. I'm sure Unilever will eff that up too in their never-ending quest to maximize shareholders' value. Poor leadership/management Toxic work environment Lack of strategy Everyone is overworked and understaffed Leadership doesn’t listen to feedback + employee’s opinions aren’t valued Unclear communication and lots of gaslighting from leadership If you interview here ask about their attrition rate
