Pros

-Grateful for the opportunities and experience gained. - Flexible hybrid work model. - Strong benefits package, including life coaching (which was invaluable), wellness stipend, family planning stipend, and more.

Cons

- Inexperienced leadership with arbitrary decision-making. - Promotions and internal communications lack transparency and consistency. - Too many egos competing rather than collaborating. -Constant shifting priorities, making it difficult to focus and execute effectively. - Marketing bottlenecks slow down essential functions like Supply Chain, Ops, PMO, and other delivery teams. - Toxic work environment fueled by poor leadership and misaligned priorities. - High levels of burnout and mental exhaustion across teams due to constant shifting priorities, lack of leadership alignment, and unrealistic workloads. Employees are stretched thin with little support, leading to a toxic cycle of overwork and frustration.
