Pros
Business is strong, though not growing as much as prior years; consumers love the products (tastes great and really works!); majority of team works very hard
Cons
The most toxic workplace, especially in marketing. Must be a favorite / suck up to be promoted - those are the people that are given high visibility projects and thus have the opportunity to succeed while those not part of the clique but equally high performing/hard working are not given the same opportunities; the levels and titles are off. People are very unhappy due to poor management; high attrition overall which leads to overwork by people that are left; open jobs are mostly due to people that have left the company.
