Definitely a Struggle - Anonymous employee Liquid I.V. Employee Review

Pay would be decent (if I did the job I actually signed up for). Promotions and ratings are based off of favoritism. Lack of clarity on responsibilities and accountability so the blame game is very common. Lack of collaboration efforts so feedback is never really heard and implemented. Constant shifting priorities, making it difficult to focus and execute effectively. Lots of burnout across teams due to poor leadership, crazy workloads, and lack of support. A lot of encouragement for leaders to say yes to look good to just dump work on their reports.
