Pros
The good people here are great and truly want to make a difference. Banding together to try to make a change made me some life long contacts beyond this business.
Cons
Some of leadership will lead the people trying to make a difference on just enough to let think it might happen, but then do whatever they want anyway, even if they've been told that direction may be harmful (to brand, culture, etc). This pattern was proven to me many times over, despite my efforts to make it better. There is an extreme dept silo issue here. At the end of the day, the people hired with dept expertise are usually over ruled. It is near impossible to get other depts to support yours for the greater good of the company. If you are a woman, good luck getting taken seriously - this issue stems multiple depts of leadership, and I've seen it happen personally to almost every female employee. When reported it is not taken seriously. Expect to get paid according to this bias as well.
