-Great location -Lunch M/Th -Great product

Poor direction and establishment. Sinking ship feel. Did not receive proper training for my role or position and it created a lot of instability.

Pros

+ Located in Downtown SF. + Catered lunch on Monday and Thursday. + Easiest way to make extra cash is by threatening to quit your job. Expect to get a bonus immediately.

Cons

- The company's image is ruined by a disastrous and sexist billboard campaign. Check Twitter and you will know. - Management wants you to believe they care about their employees and customers. But it was all about their egos. - Competition has pulled away. No growth. Sales VP also left the company. - 80% work done by 50% staff. But the remaining 50% gets rewarded. - CTO believes everyone except him is stupid. - Part-time HR. No interest in taking care of talent.

Pros

A small team so you can make a significant impact to the overall health of a company very quickly. Great location in Downtown San Francisco. Very competitive pay with a flex WFH schedule. Hands down one of the best sales team I have worked for with very diverse backgrounds that created a fun place to be.

Cons

As mentioned, it's a small team, so sometimes it's very hectic, and there is no hiding when it comes to your own production. You're not just responsible for new business but also existing business plus a minor support role due to minimual amount of resouces.
