Then they want you to use a metal small form of a pool skimmer to pull the chicken or fish up and fan out over the oil before putting it into the window to be served. Then they have the nerve to tell you to respect the oil? I was doing my job and because of their job practices I got second degree burns. It is hard work for minimum wage.
