Steady pay is good but the long hours away sometimes cripple that benefit. You get to meet a lot of people.

Cons

Long hours, weekends, nights. Spending way too much time at work away from my kids. That you can't get back or make up.

Good manegers that mean well and help when needed for personal or on job issues. Great co-workers and customers. Overall its a good starter job

Cons

Most of the time short staffed because of "better opportunities". Real low pay starting at around $7.50. Some times rushes are overwelming for the amount of people on the clock averaging around 4
