Pros

Certain branches rock! I worked on the trucks in the area of the US that carried much of the company. The Seattle branch has a culture of retention and happy workers. We never had to unionize, because labor and management worked well together toward the same goals.

Cons

Then I was promoted to Operations manager in the Northeast. That region has no clue how to work together; it's a culture of turmoil and conflict. And it's no wonder the profits of the east coast and profits of the west coast are so vastly different. I was hired to bring that NW culture to the NE. They were not receptive at the higher levels of senior management.

Can be very long hours.

If you expect to do anything on a weekday except work for Loomis dont work here. You are stuck with hours of overtime because of gross incompetence
