Pros

The pay and benefits where good as well as the fully paid for insurance.

Cons

Working conditions were harsh but fair, the people where not very friendly but I can only assume it's due to the age gap (im much younger than most of them), management was very pushy.

Management one intimidate you and threaten to fire you on a daily basis for simply going to the restroom. And they will give all your work to a non-union individual.
