Glamorous company on the outside. People care a lot about the Hollywood Bowl. Community work.

Cons

Out of touch management. Lack of career discussions. Long hours with no support or relief. Expectations to do 3 people’s jobs for a small salary’s while leadership make at least triple the amount and is not present for their team.

Easy job to handle and easygoing culture. Enjoyed watching the shows. Mostly pleasant experiences.

Cons

Can deal with very unruly, drunk patrons from time to time but heavily dependent on concert.
