Pros
LVNA is good for the discount and the product. It is a respected company, and is in the center of the fashion world. The discount is very good and it is great being able to have very nice product from the runway and from the permanent collection. The product is incredible and the company is historic.
Cons
The management is terrible and are very disrespectful of the staff. Cliques form and whoever is not in the clique is treated poorly. It seems that everyone has their own agenda and the rules change depending on who is running the store that day.
