In regards to wages, it varies greatly based on clinical skill and experience. We range from $14- $20 per hour as is the industry standard. We’ve done our homework and paying competitive wages to our highly trained staff is a priority, as we value our staff greatly. An analysis of pay rates, for each role, across the industry is done yearly and we pay competitively in the Orange County market. There are many factors to one’s pay: years of experience, education, performance, and skill sets are all taken into consideration.
