Pros

I've been working at Lusha for about 2 years and overall enjoy my time at the company very much. Lusha is not for the faint of heart, but if you have what it takes (willingness to work hard, learn, challenge and be challenged, and adjust to many changes), it has a lot to offer. The company employs many great people. In my opinion, where the company truly excels is with the people currently in middle management (across the board - R&D, Product, Sales, HR, and Marketing) - I'm continuously impressed by their dedication and domain expertise. Additionally, I have never encountered a company that promoted so many employees internally (up to VP level, I don't think there has been an internal VP promotion yet).

Cons

Because things are moving very fast here, some decisions seem not well-thought-of. This environment isn't for everyone, and it's important to understand that before applying for or joining Lusha. On the flip side, those who like to work in a hyper-growth startup will flourish.

Pros

Team Culture - Lusha's Boston office is filled with like minded employees all working towards a common goal. This creates a high energy, high paced work environment where employees can grow personally and professionally. Start-up vibe - While Lusha has grown beyond the technical definition of a "start up" , the company still values and listens to internal feedback. Employees are given the freedom to pursue initiatives and projects that they think will impact the business. Work/Life Balance - While productivity demands are high for each employee, Lusha offers flexibility on WFH schedules, reimburses for commuting, and has a pristine office in the heart of back bay. Lusha Product - The product itself competes with industry leaders in the data space and continues to evolve/grow making conversations easier for anyone in a commercial role.

Cons

Growing Pains - Like any SMB, Lusha is not immune to growing pains and does go through changes in company direction / structure.
