We understand the sentiment, but as a growing company we learn new things every day, change accordingly, and strive to be a better version of ourselves.
At the time of your recruitment, we had not planned a structural change and, as was said even then, the company's financial situation is more than stable. The financial state was not a deciding factor in the restructuring, instead it was an increased awareness of a need to shift our delivery strategy.
We deeply regret that this was the result of the change for you, but as a company, we are obliged to take into account many considerations and make the right decisions at each point in time.
