Pros

The kitchen is filled with snacks 10 bis sum worthy Salary above average People with whom it is pleasant to work Easy to get to work by public transport

Cons

Top management does not keep their promises and employees take the brunt Constant structural changes in the R&D department. Many talented programmers and managers from the middle and upper levels are leaving the company (product is slowly developing and trying to keep up with competitors instead of use own innovation) Fire employees based on superficial data. Lusha Systems Response

I am sorry you feel like this, we care very much about the well-being and happiness of our employees. I am not aware of any promises we have made and did not keep, and if that had happened, I can only apologize for that. This is definitely not something we do on purpose and hardly ever happens, to the best of my knowledge. I understand you are unhappy about this and sometimes that can paint everything negatively, but to be fully transparent, we have amazing people and super-talented developers and managers that stick with us in good times and in more difficult times, our attrition is one of the lowest in the industry and in employee satisfaction survey we took recently, we scored much higher than the benchmark, which makes me very proud. I know re-orgs are painful, even more so if you lost your job or if it has changed dramatically but now, 6 months after the fact, it made an amazing impact and we are much better and stronger than before. Pros

Team Culture - Lusha's Boston office is filled with like minded employees all working towards a common goal. This creates a high energy, high paced work environment where employees can grow personally and professionally. Start-up vibe - While Lusha has grown beyond the technical definition of a "start up" , the company still values and listens to internal feedback. Employees are given the freedom to pursue initiatives and projects that they think will impact the business. Work/Life Balance - While productivity demands are high for each employee, Lusha offers flexibility on WFH schedules, reimburses for commuting, and has a pristine office in the heart of back bay. Lusha Product - The product itself competes with industry leaders in the data space and continues to evolve/grow making conversations easier for anyone in a commercial role.

Cons

Growing Pains - Like any SMB, Lusha is not immune to growing pains and does go through changes in company direction / structure.
