2yThank you for the feedback. There are a few areas that deserve clarification in the statement above. For the last two quarter's, sales have averaged 100% attainment despite the climate in tech. We believe that a fair commission plan that balances between the company and the employee, and one that rewards over-performance, is critical to making Lusha a great place to work. Regarding employee growth, we also believe that promoting from within, while bringing new knowledge through external hires is important to the balance of the team. In 2023 alone, nearly 20% of the Sales Org received internal role promotions. As always, we maintain an open door policy and are open to constructive feedback whenever you feel comfortable.
