Cons
I really question the “5 star reviews”. My experience at the company was ultimately extremely disappointing due to concerns around management transparency, consistency, and how employee concerns were handled. Performance expectations, evaluations, and reported metrics often felt subjective, targeted, inconsistent, and in conflict with documented work. For example a manager skipped and rescheduled 1 on 1 performance meetings consistently during my time. When the rescheduled date would come up they would either reschedule again or shorten the meeting and offer to address the remaining time for another date. Then used the feedback that was meant to be provided during that time 2 months later in an attempt to paint a distorted image. Concerns around manipulated metrics and inaccurate reporting practice were expressed and escalated. Efforts to seek clarification, advocate for fairness, or escalate concerns did not lead to meaningful resolution and instead reinforced what appeared to be unprofessional and unethical management behavior, backed by the People team and other leadership rather than objectively addressed. I also observed inconsistencies in how expectations, communication standards, and accountability were applied across employees, creating concerns around impartiality in management practices. I believe this company extremely lacks integrity. I found the company prioritized more so the performance of ethical practices and integrity as opposed to actually exercising those things when irrefutable proof was brought to them. I would strongly caution against closing yourself off to other opportunities for any role here.
