Pros

PTO, Bonus and SOME colleagues were great.

Cons

Challenges: While the company has provided a platform for growth, several systemic issues undermine employee morale and productivity: 1. Favoritism and Lack of Meritocracy: Promotions and recognition appear based on personal connections rather than performance, causing hard workers to feel undervalued. 2. Management Disconnect: The new leadership focuses more on metrics than employee well-being, making employees feel like replaceable assets rather than valued team members. 3. Discrimination Concerns: Signs of unequal treatment suggest potential biases in leadership. Although the company claims to be an equal opportunity employer, practices seem to contradict this. 4. Toxic Practices: Harassment and nitpicking are used as tools to push out employees, contributing to a hostile work environment. 5. Unhelpful HR Department: HR appears more focused on protecting the company rather than addressing legitimate employee concerns.

Pros

- high agency, lots of room to make an impact - expectations are high but tons of opportunity for growth if you're performing - accessible, down-to-earth management and leadership - incredible, kind, and hard working coworkers - you 100% get out of this company what you put into it, commitment is rewarded

Cons

- very start-up-y still, things change fast and not everything is executed perfectly the first time - similar to the above point, but there are definitely growing pains. the company is successful and scaling rapidly which means we're often figuring things out on the fly as a team

Pros

There is NOTHING positive about this place!!!

Cons

Do not let the interviews fool you. The executive team can be polished and persuasive, but what they promise bears no resemblance to reality. I was recruited for a senior leadership role and it became the worst experience of my career. They told me the first ninety days would be learning. My charter was changed twice in the first six weeks. Zero consistency, zero direction, just constant pivoting. I got zero constructive feedback my whole time there. The team was too “busy” to onboard me or help me figure out the complex political environment (think high school clique). The Chief Product Officer was never bought into my role — it felt like I was pushed onto him unwillingly. Very negligent hiring practices. Leadership micromanages through daily Loom video updates, which is as ineffective as it sounds. They claim a six week roadmap but it’s really two weeks. They use AI as an excuse to avoid actual planning. When I raised concerns, I was let go in under two months. The severance was an insult. You cannot join as a leader when your team doesn’t want you there and leadership has no vision for your role or keeps changing your charter. Not ready for senior talent in any department. This is a WARNING- don’t join this company!!! You’ll end up unemployed.
